Wasteland
Wasteland.
Tiny flowers
just growing here and there,
a sprinkle of unintended
purple.
Tea Party
Summer
shadows creeping
up the dark green ivy…
The smile on her face as one guest
lingers.
From Past Seasons
First chill
as summer ends
brings back, from past seasons,
sweaters, jackets, hats and again
old aches.
