Springtime in New York
The breeze
teases the trees
tickling their leaves, while the
fickle dryads toss their bark to
the wind.
A Perfect Fit
We fit
closely woven
and homespun together
like sleeves on a shirt, as secure
as time.
Water Lilies
Monet's
watercolors
shimmer in the still lake.
Silver lily pads drift - shadows
in light.
