Welcome to the forth issue of Amaze--The
Cinquain Journal. In it you will find traditional
cinquains, linked cinquains, butterflies and mirrors. The poets
represented here have mastered the form and we have seen the cinquain
flourish under their deft pens and word processors. We hope you
enjoy reading them as much as we have.
In this issue, we have added an
'Editor's page' to share some of our own work. In future issues, we
would like to run a critique page. Please let us know if you have
any ideas for future issues of Amaze.
Best regards,
Deborah and Lisa
Turquoise Thoughts
Hammered
silver bracelet,
desert sky turquoise stone -
city-bound but feels sagebrush in
her soul.

Autumn
casts no shadows.
Still life--one withered seed
each barren month of a mother's
sorrow.
