AMAZE

Alex Stolis

I Sail

I sail,
brave Ulysses.
You are Penelope,
patient, navigating my ship
homeward.

All Gods

All Gods
eye your beauty,
milk new suns from your hair,
blanket the glass-blown horizon
with stars.

Thunder

Thunder
heads buried deep
in the pillow of Zeus
maliciously wake slumbering
Hera.
