Travelogue
Passport:
I keep the stamps
illuminated still.
Venice glows like some blue fountain,
wet-clean.
Childhood
Igloo
chiseled out from
New Hampshire snow, 4 foot
blue walls and I sleep while new ice
eats through.
Lions in San Marco
Venice
rings the noon bell.
Lions shake wings awake--
the monsters dance for siesta
midday.
